Course Overview
Finding Refuge Within
6 weekly online sessions
January 14 - February 18, 2024
Sundays: 3:30 - 5:30 pm PT

A 6-week guided journey to embodied safety, deeper self-connection, and resiliency. This is where we build a safe-house within to expand our capacity for the deeper work that follows. We will nourish and fortify ourselves as we learn how to regulate, rejuvenate, and shed the shackles of conditioning that limit our freedom and keep us small. When we are guided to reckon with our past and reveal our truth, we begin to reconnect to our sovereign self.

Reclaim Your Sovereignty
4 weekly online sessions
March 3 - 24, 2024
Sundays: 3:30 - 5:30 pm PT

In the second leg of our journey, we continue to break free from old patterns and paradigms that have taught us to seek answers and validation from others. Now, our mission is to explore deeply and begin to trust our own knowing. In our commitment to more intimately connect to ourself, we learn to attune to, and trust our own inner voice, and above all, to value its wisdom. As we listen to our suffering, we become our own medicine.

Rebirth

April 7 - 28, 2024
Sundays: 4-6 pm PT

In the third and final leg of Ticket to Freedom, you will learn how to catalyze your will, actualize your gifts, and realize your dreams.

With targeted and skillful coaching, we help you prioritize, strategize, and navigate your map to freedom. If obstacles arise, we address them. When doubts creep in, we tend to them.
​
As your steadfast companions, we offer accountability, encouragement, and love as you discover your deep inner truths. We reflect your brilliance back to you and hold you steady if you falter. You have all that you need to succeed on your journey to freedom.
You are ready to share your gifts in a world that needs them. It's time to celebrate your journey, your courage, and the creativity of your sacred calling.

Laura and Amy are the Alchemical Guides and soul weavers who will facilitate you during this journey of self-discovery and rebirth. We have created a safe, supportive space for you to rediscover your magic and liberate your genius. We love working with wise, awakening souls on the verge of becoming. The rebirth process can be excruciating, especially if we navigate it alone. We stand as midwives facilitating your safe passage.
