Sometimes, all it takes is 30 minutes to reground, recalibrate, and get back in the flow of your life. Feel free to share whatever is going on and we can work together using the healing and grounding tools that make sense in the moment to meet your needs and restore your ease. Somatic Inquiry and Inner Part Integration are powerful healing tools when we're triggered and can help heal anxiety at its roots. Short but frequent sessions are also helpful when dealing with: The loss of a pet Anticipating the death of a pet Dealing with the difficult decision of euthanasia Having suffered from a lost or stolen pet Wondering when/if they are ready for another pet Please schedule a session if you have questions that need non-judgemental reflection, needing an objective opinion, or if you seek clarity, insight, grounding, or peace of mind restored.
