An hour long call allows us to explore more deeply what is fueling your current issue or struggle. Generally, we use a guided somatic (body-centered) inquiry/exploration to unearth the deeper dynamics of your distress or concerns. Gaining insight, awareness, and contact with the root of the matter, wherever it lies, is often enough to bring a renewed sense of peace in the body and relaxation of the mind. Using therapeutic tools such as: Somatic Inquiry & Inner Parts Integration, deep inner-vision guidance, and the Systemic Constellation Approach we work together to restore your equilibrium and ease your path forward.
